Based on the reports and exchanges of the 31st International Annual Conference of ICT in 2000 and combined with recent years’ relevant papers and reports,the research of new energetic materials and it’s applications to solid propellants as high energy oxidizers, energy binders and high energy fuel etc. was described and reviewed respectively.
